Jav Reel was previously named Moment Share (MomentShare). These policies apply to the same Android app, package buzz.momentshare.app, including versions still displaying the former name. Support remains [email protected].

Current status
Jav Reel currently has no live paid checkout. An uncertain withdrawal transfer is not a confirmed failure: funds stay reserved until the administrator reconciles the actual bank or chain result. Do not repeat a transfer merely because a response is delayed. A screenshot alone is not confirmation of payment.
Resolution
Banks may temporarily hold a failed amount and normally reverse it under their own timelines. Email [email protected] with the transaction reference, date and amount if the status remains unclear. Never send an OTP, PIN, CVV or complete card number.
