Jav Reel was previously named Moment Share (MomentShare). These policies apply to the same Android app, package buzz.momentshare.app, including versions still displaying the former name. Support remains [email protected].

Current service status
Jav Reel currently offers its core social service free of charge, with no coin store or physical goods. Withdrawal cancellation is separate from purchase refunds: a reserved request can be cancelled only before transfer processing begins. Pending/uncertain transfers must be reconciled before release of reserved funds.
Future paid services
If a paid service is introduced, its price, delivery timing, cancellation eligibility and refund conditions will be shown before payment. A completed digital service may be non-refundable where law permits, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery or another valid consumer claim.
Requesting help
For a charge you believe is connected with Jav Reel, email [email protected] with the transaction reference, date, amount and payment method. Never send a card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or password. Eligible refunds will be returned through the original payment method within the timeframe stated during review.
