Moment Share: Private Sharing (MomentShare) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Scope and commitment

These standards apply to every user, profile, post, comment, conversation, photo, and other interaction in Moment Share: Private Sharing. The app is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Regardless of age restrictions, we act against any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, grooms, traffics, or otherwise endangers a child.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

MomentShare prohibits:

  • CSAM or any sexual depiction of a person under 18, including computer-generated or manipulated imagery.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, sexual trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact involving a child.
  • Requests for, offers of, links to, or instructions for finding or exchanging CSAM.
  • Sexualized comments, fantasies, role-play, or other content involving minors.
  • Threats, coercion, blackmail, or exploitation involving a child's intimate images or information.
  • Profiles that misrepresent age to target, contact, or endanger children.

3. How users can report concerns

Users can report a post or conversation from its in-app report menu. Select the closest reason and include enough context for our safety team to review the concern. Reports are confidential and are reviewed for appropriate action.

Child-safety concerns can also be sent to [email protected] with the subject Child Safety Report. Include the MomentShare username, post or conversation details, and the approximate date and time.

Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Report the account or content location instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

4. How MomentShare responds

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

  • Promptly restrict access to or remove the reported content.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate responsible accounts.
  • Preserve relevant account and content records when required for safety, investigation, or legal compliance.
  • Report apparent CSAM and related conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority where required by applicable law.
  • Cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and child-safety authorities.

We assess reports using these published standards, our platform rules, and applicable child-safety laws. Attempts to retaliate against or intimidate a reporter are prohibited.

5. Legal compliance

MomentShare complies with applicable laws concerning child safety, CSAE, and CSAM. We review these standards as legal and platform requirements evolve and train responsible operators to escalate child-safety reports appropriately.
