Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. Use an authentic personal account, protect your password and device, and do not sell, automate or share account access.

Free social service

MomentShare is a free photo-social service. It does not sell subscriptions or physical goods. Features may include public profiles, photo posts, stories, follows, likes, comments, reposts, saves, hashtags, notifications and private messaging. Advertising may support the service after production ad configuration and required consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit and grant MomentShare a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, re-encode, moderate and technically process it to operate and secure the service. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload content.

Prohibited conduct

• Underage use, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking or child sexual abuse material.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, coercion, blackmail, impersonation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Fraud, financial solicitation, spam, scraping, bots, malware, unauthorized promotion, enforcement evasion or illegal activity.
• Copyright infringement or publishing another person's private information without permission.

Moderation and availability

MomentShare may investigate reports, preserve evidence, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts and make reports required by law. The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Indian law applies and, subject to mandatory rights, competent courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction. Contact [email protected] for support or good-faith dispute resolution.

Moment Coins

Moment Coins are free in-app reward units used to recognize eligible participation and gifts inside MomentShare. They are not cryptocurrency, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred outside supported in-app gifts, or withdrawn, and have no guaranteed monetary value. Coin rules, amounts, eligibility, limits and availability may change or end to protect users, prevent abuse, meet legal requirements or operate the service. A possible future token launch is not promised, and Moment Coins do not create ownership, investment, profit or redemption rights.
