Community standard

MomentShare is an adult photo-social service built for respectful, consensual, authentic interaction. Every user must be at least 18 years old and comply with these Guidelines, the Terms & Conditions, and the Child Safety Standards.

Be authentic

Use your own identity and photos, provide truthful age information, and do not impersonate another person or organization. An authenticity badge is not an official identity certification, safety guarantee, or background check.

Respect and consent

Respect boundaries and stop contact when asked. Harassment, stalking, threats, humiliation, coercion, discrimination, blackmail, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual pressure, and retaliation against a reporter are prohibited.

Prohibited exploitation and illegal conduct

MomentShare does not permit:
- Any child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or sextortion.
- Romance, investment, cryptocurrency, gift-card, employment, payment, or identity scams.
- Requests for money, passwords, banking credentials, one-time codes, sensitive personal documents, or coerced intimate material.
- Hate content, credible threats, graphic violence, malware, spam, illegal services, or unlawful goods.
- Impersonation, deceptive automation, scraping, bot activity, or evasion of enforcement.

Dating safely

  • Keep early conversations in MomentShare while assessing trust.
  • Never send money or financial credentials to someone you met through the service.
  • Be cautious when a person pressures you to move off-platform immediately.
  • For an in-person meeting, choose a public place, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport, and keep control of food, drinks, devices, and belongings.
  • Leave and contact appropriate authorities if you feel threatened or unsafe.

Reporting

Use the three-dot report option on a profile or post, or the report control in a conversation. Select the closest reason and provide useful context. You may also email [email protected].

Do not download, reproduce, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Report the account or content location instead. Contact emergency services or law enforcement where there is immediate danger.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, MomentShare may warn a user, remove content, limit discovery, restrict messaging, revoke manual access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, and report conduct where legally required. Reports are handled confidentially, but absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is required for safety or law.

Appeals

Email [email protected] with your username, approximate decision date, and a concise explanation. Appeals are reviewed in context and do not guarantee reinstatement.
